Bruin Carpool is a coordination tool only. We do not provide transportation services. By using this App, you acknowledge:
Transparency drives our community. Users may rate and review each other after rides. Reviews must be honest, non-defamatory, and respectful of privacy. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if you violate these terms or the UCLA Student Conduct Code. You may delete your account and data at any time through the App settings.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be settled within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County.
